To thoroughly implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress，carry out Xijinping’s thoughts of ruling by law and his important thought about youth work, promoting the spirit of socialist rule of law, the Daisy flowers rule of law practice team from Law School of Anhui University of Finance and Economics went to Bengbu City Bangshan District People's Procuratorate to carry out rule of law China youth travel social practice.
A strong youth makes a strong country. Strengthening the protection of minors is to safeguard the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. In order to effectively protect the rights and interests of minors and improve their legal awareness, based on grassroots procuratorial practice, and paying attention to the protection of minors, the Daisy Bloom rule of law practice team carried out research on issues and countermeasures of rule of law publicity and education for minors, holding up the rule of law umbrella for children.
Under the guidance of the prosecutor, the members of the Daisy Blossom rule of law practice team have visited the inspection honor room and the public hearing room, the inquiry room, the remote arraignment room, the inspection hall and other characteristic work areas, so that the team members have an in-depth and comprehensive understanding of the whole process of the prosecution in the handling of minor cases and the positive role played.
After the visit, members of the practice team held a forum with prosecutors on the protection of minors. At the forum, the prosecutor combined with the actual cases in the jurisdiction, in-depth elaborated the inspection practice of procuratorial performance to promote the protection of minors' rights and interests, and introduced the supervision model of the newly standardized e-sports hotel business case in Bangshan District and the monitoring system for the abuse of illegal drugs such as dextromethorphan by minors. The team members had in-depth exchanges and discussions with the prosecutor on the law popularization and rescue work of minors, and the prosecutor affirmed the team members' attention to and dedication to the protection of minors, and stressed the need to actively promote the synergy of family, school, society and judicial organs in the protection of minors.
Through the exchange and study in the People's Procuratorate of Bangshan District, the team members fully investigated the front-line problems of the rule of law involving juvenile crimes, analyzed the causes behind the cases, and proposed prevention and treatment countermeasures. The Rule of Law China Youth Walk social practice also strengthened the Daisy Bloom rule of law practice team's confidence in using the professional knowledge learned to fully protect the rights and interests of minors and publicize the law, and care for and protect the healthy growth of minors.
