On the afternoon of November 8, 2023, Professor Xiao Peng, doctoral supervisor of College of Humanities and Development of China Agricultural University, was invited to give a lecture entitled Multiple Subjects of Income Distribution of Rural Collective Economic Organizations and Their System Improvement in Room 304 of Shensi Building. The lecture was chaired by Vice President Gao Hai and attended by some teachers and graduate students.
Professor Xiao Peng started from three levels, namely, the definition of the income distribution of rural collective economic organizations, the types of subjects and the boundaries of subjects, and made full use of policy regulations, practices and judicial cases to deeply analyze the relevant frontier issues, such as the distinction between the income of collective property and the income of rural collective economic organizations, and the distribution sequence of the income of rural collective economic organizations. At the same time, Professor Xiao Peng put forward and analyzed the difficult problems in the process of rural collective property reform, and guided the students to actively think deeply.
Professor Xiao Peng's lectures were logically clear, thoughtful and close to practice, and were well received by the students.
