At 7:00 PM on October 18, 2022, at the invitation of the Law School of Anhui University of Finance and Economics, Professor Shi Jichun from the Law School of Renmin University of China gave an online lecture entitled Capital Control and Anti-monopoly -- Spiritual Interpretation of the Recent Two Central Economic Work Conferences for the teachers and students of our school. The lecture was hosted by Professor Zhang Weibin, President of our college and attended by some undergraduates and postgraduates.
In the lecture, Professor Shi focused on capital control and anti-monopoly. First of all, Professor Shi Jichun answered what is capital, and gave an in-depth interpretation of the wealth gap, economic crisis, capital dominance and capital control. Secondly, Professor Shi Jichun makes a detailed analysis of capital, socialism and state capital. Thirdly, Professor Shi Jichun systematically clarified the concepts of controlled capital and anti-monopoly and pointed out that the disorderly expansion of capital should be prevented. Finally, Professor Shi Jichun analyzed the difference between the broad sense and the narrow sense of controlled capital.
This lecture helped the majority of graduate students and undergraduates to have a deeper understanding of capital control and anti-monopoly related knowledge, which will play a great role in helping and improving the future study of economic law for law students.
