On November 25th, 2021, at 3:00 PM, Professor Zhu Yingping of East China University of Political Science and Law was invited to give an online lecture for teachers and students of our school entitled Analysis on the New Features of China's Constitutional Rights Protection. The lecture was presided over by Mrs Jin Yu of our school. The master and postgraduate students of law of 2021 listened to the lecture in conference room 112 of law School.
Professor Zhu explained that the leadership of the Communist Party of China is the most essential feature of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, citing the common ground of China's constitutional rights protection path with other countries and regions and the new features of China's constitutional rights protection in recent years. At the same time, Professor Zhu explained in detail the path of party organization guarantee, the path of people's Congress and its Standing Committee guarantee and the path of administrative organs guarantee.
This lecture enables students to have an in-depth understanding of the new characteristics of the protection of constitutional rights in China, which broadens their academic horizon and is of great significance to their further study of constitution
