On December 26, 2020, Anhui University Law School Anhui Market Supervision Administration and Anhui Economic Law Society jointly held an academic conference on the theory and practice of fair competition review third-party evaluation in Chizhou City. This conference focused on the third party assessment in the implementation of fair competition review and discussed the problems existing in the implementation of fair competition review system. More than 40 scholars from East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, Shanghai School of Political Science and Law, Anhui University and other universities, as well as practical experts from State Administration of Market Supervision, Anhui Municipal Market Supervision Administration and other cities in Anhui Province, who are engaged in fair competition examination, attended the conference. They discussed heatedly issues concerning third party assessment of fair competition review, implementation and perfection of the fair competition review system,etc.
Du Zhongxia, associate professor of our institute, was invited to attend the meeting, and submitted a paper on the implementation mechanism of the third party assessment of fair competition review in China, and made a keynote speech at the meeting, which was highly praised by the experts and scholars.
