I. Major Training Objectives

Students should have the following knowledge, abilities and qualities:

III. Major course structure and credit requirements

Major length of schooling, graduation requirements and degree awarding

1. Length of schooling: 4 years, with 3-6 years of schooling; Application approved innovation and entrepreneurship suspension, enrolment to participate in the Chinese people's explanationThe maximum length of study for undergraduate students of the PLA (including the Chinese People's Armed Police Force) is eight years.

2. Graduation requirements: 160 credits for graduation. Extracurricular teaching credit requirements: including social responsibility education and other extracurricularTeaching quality development, such as social practice, volunteer service, second class, etc., is 10 credits, which is not included in the classroom teaching credits in the training program, and is required for extracurricular activities of students.

3. Degree: Bachelor of Laws.

The training objectives and requirements of the second degree and minor education shall be determined according to the same training objectives and requirements of the current undergraduate major.

(2) Term of study

The duration of study is 2-4 years.

(3) Basic teaching structure and credit allocation

Total credits: the minimum total credits for the second degree and minor law major, including 36 credits for the course

Credits: graduation thesis (design) is 4 credits.

Teaching structure and credit allocation: the teaching content and requirements of the second degree and minor law major are the same as those of the current undergraduate courseProfessional Settings.
